Multicrystalline silicon

We have fulfilled a project devoted to produce multicrystalline silicon equipment. Multicrystalline silicon wafers  enable  to convert the energy of sunlight directly into electricity by the photovoltaic effect. ECM technologies offers an innovative melting furnace , also named PV furnace , to ensure the production of the multicrystalline  silicon ingot.

The techniques for the production of multicrystalline silicon are simpler: they led to improve process technology, cost savings, growth methods, and material improvement techniques.

ECM TECHNOLOGIES have been working in developing innovative solutions: low pressure carburizing, high pressure gas quenching and also vacuum  furnaces and Photovoltaic solutions.
