– Trials on ECM equipment : testing under real conditions for different processes : vacuum heat and thermochemical treatment, low-pressure carburizing, nitriding, austenitizing, brazing, neutral gas or oil quenching, etc. The process is then adjusted to match the parts as well as customer needs and constraints,
– Inspections & analyses : sampling and metallurgical characterization of treated parts: surface hardness, micro-hardness profiling, microstructure analysis, distortion measurement, and verification of treatment repeatability and uniformity,
– Process optimization : fine-tuning of parameters to meet the required specifications,
– Industrial validation : ensuring performance, robustness, and repeatability of the process prior to production deployment.
